By downloading, installing, or using the Egoofarms mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Eligibility
You must be 21 years or older to use this app and purchase any hemp-related products. You agree to provide accurate information and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Legal Compliance
All products available through Egoofarms are legal hemp products containing less than 0.3% THC, as permitted by the 2018 Farm Bill. We only operate in jurisdictions where such products are allowed by state and local law.
You are responsible for ensuring that hemp products are legal in your location before ordering.

4. Account Registration
To place orders, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
•    Keeping your login credentials secure
•    Providing accurate and up-to-date information
•    Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized account activity

5. Product Information
We strive to provide accurate product details. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, or other content are error-free or complete.
All products are sold “as-is” and for personal use only.

6. Payments
You agree to pay all applicable fees and charges at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change without notice.
We use secure third-party payment processors. Egoofarms does not store or process your payment information directly.

7. Deliveries
Deliveries are made by third-party or in-house couriers where legally permitted. You agree to:
•    Be available at the time of delivery
•    Provide valid government-issued ID upon request
•    Ensure that delivery is legal at your address
We reserve the right to refuse delivery if any law is violated.

8. Refunds & Return
Please refer to our Refund Policy for details. Generally, refunds are only issued for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. All sales are final once confirmed.

9. User Conduct
You agree not to use the App for:
•    Illegal or unauthorized purposes
•    Purchasing on behalf of others underage
•    Violating any law or regulation
•    Copying or reverse-engineering the App

10. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, and content in the App are the property of Egoofarms or its partners. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the App without permission.

11. Limitation of Liability
Egoofarms is not liable for:
•    Delayed or missed deliveries
•    Misuse of products by the user
•    Technical issues or app downtime
Use the App at your own risk.

12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these terms or applicable laws. You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings.

13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Changes will be posted within the app and effective immediately upon publication.

14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
